Serve with us

Serving is one of the ways we participate in building up our church together. Below are a few teams you can join. If you have any questions, or if you're interested in serving in a way that isn't listed here, please email sam@christcitychurch.ca.

Join a Service Team

Service Teams

Our Covenant Kids teams serves the kids in the church community. The Nursery Team help care for babies so their parents can attend the Sunday gathering, while the Preschool and K–5 Teams teach kids about Jesus and the gospel message during Sunday gatherings.

The band uses their musical gifts to lead the church to worship God through singing. Auditions for joining the band are held throughout the year.

These teams are integral to ensuring Sunday gatherings run smoothly. The Sound Team runs all of the audio equipment, and the Slides Team runs the software that presents visuals on the big screen during Sunday gatherings.

This team helps people get connected to the life and ministry of Covenant City. Hosts welcome everyone at the front door, ushers help them find a seat and get oriented to the building, and the Connect Table serves as the main point of connection for newcomers.

This team serves the church community by making coffee available during each Sunday gathering. As a Café team member, you set up the coffee station, organize and restock supplies when needed, and prepare the bread, juice, and wine for communion.
